Weezie, the Portuguese start-up that provides fiber optic network management software solutions, was chosen by Byon Solutions, belonging to the French group Solutions 30, to reinforce their growth in the optical fiber market in the UK.
After the great notoriety achieved in France, Byon Solutions, specialized in engineering services in the area of telecommunications, is expanding to the United Kingdom with the support of the WeezieFiber solution.
Weezie was founded in January 2018 and 2019 closed an investment round of 525 thousand euros assured by Bynd Venture Capital and Novabase Capital. Byon Solutions was created in 2015, having as one of the reference shareholders since 2019 the French group and European leader in new technology solutions in several markets, Solutions 30, listed on Euronext in Paris.
Focused on the international area, Byon Solutions contains 90% of its activity concentrated in France and is currently expanding to markets such as Spain, Belgium, Italy and USA, operating in three engineering centers in Portugal (Matosinhos, Bragança and Baião) and seven operational centers in France.
Weezie develops, among others, the WeezieFiber web and mobile system, a simple and intuitive Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network management software, designed to automate and optimize all the steps of network projects, automatize tasks and manage all data in a centralized, secure and accessible manner.
Weezie is present in several countries in Europe, South America and Africa, where it has more than 450 000 km of designed networks.
