The Broadband World Forum 2019, is a complete broadband ecosystem event where telcos and service providers come together to cut through industry hype around 5G, AI, IoT and the latest innovations for fixed and wireless networks to get real answers to their challenges.

This event is the world’s largest operator lead show for the network industry bringing together over 4,000 attendees and Weezie took part of this big event at stand F64 where it presented the Fibercloud by Weezie FTTH complete solution for telecom operators.

Originally the Broadband World Forum was a fixed access show, but nowadays the event has evolved from a pure fixed operator audience to include cable, mobile, and converged operators as a result of technology, industry convergence, medium agnosticism, and M&A disrupting the landscape. For those reasons it was a real pleasure to be present at the Broadband World Forum 2019, it was a key moment in the Weezie’s annual calendar.

The core theme of BBWF has remained the same – improving the networks – but the specific technologies have evolved and continue to do so, keeping BBWF even more relevant and important to the development of the industry. 5G, virtualization, open source, fibre, PON & DOCSIS all provide new opportunities for operators and the vendors that serve them.

We have to say thank you to everyone that visited our booth! Truly it was a very successful event.

Our team would like to share with any telco interested company the best in the world of fiber optic networks.
