How we handle website visits, enquiries and the information you choose to share.

This notice covers weezie.io, including demo, contact, support, careers and newsletter forms. It does not replace the privacy or data-processing terms of a Weezie customer agreement.
1. Who is responsible
Aixtel Technologies, S.A., Rua Engenheiro Ferreira Dias, 452, 2º Andar, 4100-246 Ramalde, Portugal, operates this website under the Weezie name and is responsible for the personal data described here. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@weezie.io.
2. Information you provide
Forms collect the details relevant to your request: your name, email, organization, role, message and, where applicable, network context, support information or career interests. Careers forms can include your CV and other attachments. A newsletter submission sends us your email address and a subscription request. Required fields are marked. Please do not send passwords, unnecessary sensitive information or other people's data without authority.
3. How forms are handled
Our website sends submissions and any accepted attachments to the appropriate Weezie inbox through Google Workspace. A success message means the email service accepted the request, not that a person has reviewed it. The form handler does not keep a database of submitted messages or attachments; copies delivered to our mailboxes are retained there. Temporary uploads are removed after processing. Newsletter requests are handled by email rather than automatically added to a mailing platform.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiries and support details to respond and follow up, and application details to assess recruitment requests. Where you request steps towards a contract, processing is necessary for those steps; otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business correspondence and managing recruitment. Website security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. Optional analytics and requested newsletter communications rely on consent. We may also process information to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Technical data and providers
Hostinger hosts the site and may process request, IP address and server-log information. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection signals to protect forms from automated abuse. Google Workspace delivers and stores email. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and usage; our integration disables advertising features and omits query strings and fragments from configured page and referrer URLs. We do not intentionally send form contents to analytics. Providers may process data internationally. Their published privacy and processing terms describe their locations and transfer safeguards; contact us for details relevant to your request.
6. How long information is kept
We keep correspondence and applications for as long as needed to handle the request, relevant follow-up, an ensuing relationship, or applicable legal obligations and claims. The form handler gives rate-limit and duplicate-request records an expiry of up to 24 hours; expired records are removed during subsequent processing or scheduled cleanup. These records use keyed hashes rather than storing form content or raw IP addresses. Browser storage durations are listed in our cookie notice. Analytics cookies expire within 90 days; Google's server-side retention is separate and governed by the Analytics property settings.
7. Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics permission through our cookie notice and stop newsletter communications by contacting us. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. You can complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Portugal, this is the CNPD. Website forms do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Security and changes
We use encrypted connections, form validation, attachment checks, access controls and abuse limits to help protect information. No website can guarantee absolute security. We update this notice when our website practices change; the revision date appears above.
