Role and Resposibilities
As a Project Manager at Weezie, you will be a pivotal leader, responsible for driving the successful execution of our innovative projects.

- – Leading and overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- – Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project coordination.
- – Defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria, and communicating them effectively to the team.
- – Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring project milestones are met.
- – Monitoring project progress, tracking project activities, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- – Identifying and resolving project-related issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- – Ensuring compliance with project methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
- – Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Who will be a good fit for this role?
- – Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- – Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management.
- – Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- – Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- – Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- – PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
